Our recruitment process is straightforward and usually takes two to four weeks. It starts with a first interview with your future supervisor, followed by one or two additional interviews with team members. Depending on the role, we may also ask you to complete an assessment or practical exercise.
We look for people who are driven and proactive, who enjoy working collaboratively, and who can adapt easily in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are also qualities we value highly across all roles.

Yes. English is our main working language. German and French can be a big advantage – especially in external-facing roles – but are not required for every position.
