GroupCoach is a peer-powered coaching format by Basel Area Business & Innovation that brings SMEs together to share experiences, challenges and best practices. It helps companies learn from one another, exchange solutions, and generate new ideas for growth and innovation.
GroupCoach brings together SME leaders, innovators and technical experts from across different cantons particularly in advanced manufacturing. Each session is structured around common challenges such as digitalization, sustainability or market expansion.
Sessions take place as facilitated workshops. Under expert moderation, participants discuss real business issues, exchange insights, and identify opportunities for collaboration or co-creation projects.
GroupCoach gives SMEs access to collective intelligence and shared experiences from peers facing similar challenges. It helps companies build networks, discover partnership opportunities, and gain fresh perspectives on innovation and growth strategies.
Participation is open to SMEs in the Basel Area and neighboring cantons. Companies can register their interest through the Basel Area Business & Innovation website and will be invited to upcoming sessions that match their sector or innovation themes.
