The program is open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and established companies based in the Basel Area. It’s ideal for business leaders seeking hands-on advice to evolve their business model, innovate processes, or prepare for collaboration with startups and research partners.
Participants receive tailored mentoring from experienced business coaches and innovation experts. Sessions cover topics such as funding readiness, R&D collaboration and digital transformation. Coaches connect SMEs with relevant programs and partners, including Innosuisse, cantonal innovation offices, and academia.
Unlike standardized workshops, OneCoach is fully customized to each company’s goals and challenges. Coaching is delivered on an individual basis, making it a flexible and confidential space to explore new directions with an experienced advisor.
Basel Area Business & Innovation does not fund companies directly through OneCoach. However, coaches help identify appropriate funding sources – such as innovation grants or public programs – and guide participants through the application process.
Interested SMEs can register through the Basel Area Business & Innovation website or contact our Level up team. After an initial conversation to assess needs, participants are matched with a coach best suited to their sector and objectives.
